1. Services
Muscle Movers provides moving, packing, delivery, and related services (“Services”). Service availability may vary by location and schedule. We reserve the right to refuse service for any unsafe or unlawful request.

 
2. Quotes and Pricing
Estimates provided online, by phone, or email are non-binding and subject to change based on actual time, labor, and materials used.
Final charges are calculated based on service duration, distance, materials, and additional fees (e.g., stairs, long carry, heavy items).
All payments must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
3. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of required information and/or deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
 
4. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate details about your move.
Ensure safe access to property (driveways, elevators, hallways, etc.).
Pack personal items securely if you have chosen self-packing.
Inform movers of fragile or high-value items.
Be present (or have an authorized representative) during the move to confirm inventory and final work completion.
 
5. Liability and Limitations
Muscle Movers exercises reasonable care in handling items, but we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to items.
Improper packing done by the customer.
Items prohibited by law (hazardous, flammable, perishable goods).
Our liability for damaged items is limited to the lesser of:

The actual cash value at the time of loss, or
$0.60 per pound per article (standard moving industry coverage), unless additional valuation protection is purchased.
 
6. Insurance
Muscle Movers provides only the basic liability coverage required by law. Customers may purchase additional insurance or valuation coverage through third-party providers.

 
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Misrepresenting information to obtain services.
Using our website in ways that damage or impair functionality.
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
 
8. Payment Terms
